- The assembly is engineered to address erratic boost signal feedback and mechanical signal lag in the turbine loop caused by compressor wheel degradation. This hardware restores factory-specified boost pressure characteristics and maintains proper motion geometry for the forced induction system across high-RPM operating cycles.
- Each unit undergoes high-speed dynamic balancing (VSR tested) and cycles tested validation for thermal stability. The turbine wheels are constructed from heat-resistant K418 alloy to meet OE specifications for thermal expansion stability and vibration damping under extreme exhaust temperatures.
- Professional installation is required; the engine oil and filter must be replaced, and the oil feed line inspected for debris to maintain signal integrity. Includes pre-calibrated electronic actuator for a direct-fit solution. Replaces OE# 12685688, 25206073, 12699230, 49180-04160.
