Henry Clay Frick was a man of faith and good nature who demonstrated personal responsibility in his family life and professional life. He was grateful to his employees, friends and family. He never forgot where he came from and enriched his hometown, Mount Pleasant, with a park, containing a state-of-the-art telescope and creating "Home Town Week", a time of celebration with a parade and provided decorations made from coal.
