IBM ServeRAID M1215 (equivalent to LSI 9340-8i) SAS controller card that we modified for use with ZFS. They have been cross-flashed to Avago / LSI 9300-8i IT (Initiator Target) firmware version P16 (specifically 16.00.12.00). I also flashed the LSI/Avago MPTSAS3 BIOS ROM version 08.37.00.00 and UEFI 18.00.00.00 so that it is easier to access the controller's ROM without booting an OS. The controller has 2 SFF-8643 connectors, each carrying 4x 12Gbps SAS lanes. You will need a compatible cable to connect these to your hard drives or a backplane.
