At present, the gear ratios we mainly produce : 18:1;16:1;13:1;12:1, dual sector gear 9:1, 6.5:1 Our gears are precision CNC machined using high-precision equipment. The bevel gears are made of MIM, and the central shaft gear, sector gear and spur gear are made of 40Cr steel through CNC turning, milling and hobbing processes, and then hardened to HRC42-50 by a heat treatment factory to ensure durability during high-speed operation. By continuously improving gear parameters over a long period of time, we have made the gears run smoother and produce less noise. (We are also experimenting with gears made of 20CrMoTi and 30CrMnSiNi materials to further improve the maximum torque and toughness)The gear shaft and gear plate adopt an interference fit of 0.05mm, and are tightly connected through press fit. In actual production, only by strictly controlling tolerances can the quality, stability and reliability of gear connections be guaranteed.
